what happens next
Before we ship anything out, a member of our team will give you a call to confirm your order and shipping address. During this call, we will discuss:
- Picking your flavours for your soft serve mix. (I.e. If you have 10 free boxes, you can pick 5 vanilla + 5 chocolate, or 10 vanilla.
- Confirming electrical power settings. And we'll help you decide if a water-cooled or air-cooled unit is right for you. (If you don't know what this is, don't worry, we'll discuss on the phone!)
- Confirming your shipping address. Once confirmed, we'll ship out your free soft serve mix and bonuses (mixing bucket, posters, stera sheen, etc.) immediately and your soft serve machine afterwards.
Once everything has arrived, we'll schedule a day for your free on-site staff training session. We'll go over making the mix, cleaning the machine, and answer any questions you and your team may have.
